A little about us

Highmark Farms, is owned and operated by our family of six.


We keep sheep, goats, chickens, and pigs. We grow a variety of vegetables such as: Garlic, potatoes, celery, celery root, parsley, parsley root, parsnips, carrots, radicchio, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, tomatoes, peppers hot and sweet, kale, radishes, beets, rutabaga, black radish, romaine lettuce, butternut squash, acorn squash, basil, cabbage, spinach, beans, Sunchokes, and peas.

Vegetables and other products are offered for sale from our farm. In the winter we keep many root vegetables as well as canned preserves.  From our vegetables we make a hot pepper sauce, butternut squash soup, tomato base, strawberry rhubarb jam, plumb jam and a pure garlic powder.  From our animals we gather: brown eggs from our chickens; milk from both the sheep and goats which we turn into cheese; meat from our pigs which we make into Mortandella.
